Small Gestures for Great Women who, with enthusiasm and professionalism, embody female emancipation, economic independence, and freedom of thought in a world that still has plenty of room for improvement on this issue! #nevergiveup.

Women give life and don't want wars. They should be respected, listened to, and celebrated every day, including March 8th, International Women's Day.

This year it fell on a Sunday, and we had to postpone our now traditional women's activity until 2027. We still wanted to meet them, thank them, and honor them with a special lipstick to face every challenge with a colorful smile!

Dear DUNA-Girl, thank you for your daily, silent work as a mother, worker, and professional. You are an example of how female independence isn't synonymous with personal sacrifice, but rather an indispensable part of a world that demands emancipation from stale and dangerous stereotypes: #nevergiveup!
