We are proud to share the results of the latest ESG assessment conducted on DUNA-Corradini for the 2024 financial year, produced by specialists in the field through the Ecomate platform, which confirms the ESG RATING A of DUNA-Corradini S.p.A. with an overall score of 57/100. This result, already achieved for the years 2022 and 2023, places and confirms us in the top tier of companies in the sector that on average have an ESG Rating Grade B with an unchanged overall score of 25/100 from 2022 to 2024. Always committed to the values of ethics and sustainability, and building on the certifications achieved over the years, the DUNA Group invests daily to minimize the environmental impact of its business processes, develop high-performance and more sustainable solutions, and guide its employees towards more responsible choices.

 

In 2023, DUNA-Corradini, supported by Confindustria Emilia, began its ESG journey by conducting an initial assessment of its corporate sustainability to understand and evaluate the organizational context, the most relevant material issues, and identify its key Stakeholders.

At the end of this process, all first- and second-line managers received specific training on the topic.

We then embarked on the ESG rating evaluation process for 2022 and 2023 using the Ecomate platform, which compares DUNA with similar companies in the sector.

This process, supported by ESG professionals, has enabled the DUNA team to translate its awareness of our environmental impact into a more structured approach aimed at guiding strategic decisions in the coming years.

Obtaining the maximum A rating for 2022 and 2023, and now reconfirmed for the 2024 financial year, represents important recognition of the values and commitment that have always inspired and guided our business: environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and transparent corporate governance.

 

The ESG rating evaluates a company's performance based on three key pillars:

 

·         Environmental: the company's impact on the environment and the actions taken to reduce emissions, consumption, and waste.

·         Social: respect for human rights, working conditions, inclusiveness, and local community involvement.

·         Governance: the quality of management, corporate ethics, and transparency in operations.

 

For 2022 and 2023, DUNA achieved ESG Rating Grade A with an overall rating of 58/100, which was confirmed for the 2024 financial year with an overall rating of 57/100. This result places DUNA well above the industry average for the past three years, with an ESG Rating Grade of B and an overall rating of 25/100 for the last three financial years, from 2022 to 2024.

This achievement not only makes us proud and strengthens our reputation but also encourages us to continue our journey toward an increasingly sustainable growth model.
