CORALIGHT® 600 OBTAINS ETA CERTIFICATION

We are proud to share the positive outcome of the ETA (European Technical Assessment) certification process for CORALIGHT® 600, which now boasts this additional voluntary certification, particularly relevant for the construction and furniture sectors, providing our Customers with an additional performance guarantee! Congratulations to the entire technical team who oversaw this process, achieving this excellent result!

DUNA-Group has completed the ETA (European Technical Assessment) certification process for CORALIGHT® 600, the high-performance polyurethane board created through the upcycling of selected by-products.

The ETA is the regulatory instrument dedicated to construction products that are not covered by a harmonized product standard, but whose technical characteristics must nevertheless be determined and declared pursuant to the CPR (Construction Products Regulation).

Issued by a Technical Assessment Body (TAB) accredited by the European Union, the ETA forms the basis for the manufacturer's Declaration of Performance (DoP), which is responsible for product conformity. Finally, the ETA for each construction product refers to a technical specification, the European Assessment Document (EAD), which establishes the properties to be determined and the related testing standards.

CORALIGHT® 600 is a product that combines sustainability, technical performance, and aesthetic requirements. The ETA certificate further guarantees the excellent physical and mechanical performance of CORALIGHT® 600 in terms of strength, screw retention, low water absorption and workability, making it suitable for a variety of applications, from construction to furniture, from the reinforcement of structural parts to that of refrigeration systems.
